01What can I create with LUMORA?+
Advertising images, banners and videos for products, services and businesses. Settings depend on the connected model. Review each result and your rights to source materials before commercial use.
02How do I top up my balance?+
Choose a package in euros to receive an order with a unique payment reference and LUMORA’s IBAN. Tokens are credited after the funds are verified, not when you click “I have paid”. Bank transfers are not open in this pre-release version.
03When are tokens charged?+
The cost is shown before you confirm. Each new generation is charged separately. Final prices and processing connections are still awaiting verification.
04What happens if there is a technical error?+
The service specification requires a token refund when generation fails technically without a result. An uncertain response must first be reconciled with the provider to prevent a duplicate paid generation. This flow still needs to be connected and tested.
05Do I need a subscription?+
The proposed approach is prepaid token packages without a recurring subscription. Final terms, expiry and refund rules must be approved before sales open.
